Yolcu360 is a large car rental company with a website and mobile app. After a period of rapid growth from 2015 until today, Yolcu360 decided to optimize its existing system instead of hiring new salespeople to maximize the customer experience.
The company realized that customers filtering and exiting the website were causing potential lost sales.
